ABOUT US
Action Against the Canso Spaceport is a group of concerned citizens opposed to the MLS Canso Spaceport Project.
On June 4, 2019, this project, which aims to launch satellites into low earth orbit, received conditional approval from the NS Department of the Environment. Our research, including evidence gathered through Freedom of Information requests, revealed glaring insufficiencies in the MLS Environmental Assessment, unethical government action, threats to public health and the environment and allegations of corruption.
